Every individual is unique, hence we adopt a “different strokes for different folks” methodology.

At Lusi Group, our experienced “Diagnosticians” help every student through a one-to-one diagnostic session to:
Understand personality strengths, weaknesses and “hidden” talents
Identify critical “blind spots” and their root causes
Uncover unique “motivators”
Assess skill sets in – relationships building, communication, leadership, etc

Thereafter, our “Diagnosticians” will give immediate advice for necessary changes according to the findings, so that participants can fix the root cause of their recurring challenges and to learn the relevant skill sets to generate sustainable results.

Experential Learning

Our students experience immediate results from our courses as they include 3 critical ingredients:

  1. Every module is designed based on real life experience, and perfected through tens of thousands of trial and error. So we know what works, and what doesn’t.
  2. Our trainers and coaches are very sharp to spot “blind spots” of our students, and provide practical resolutions to change immediately. This prevents further wasted opportunities which may have detrimental “costs”.
  3. Students have multiple opportunities to practise what they learn in class, through innovative activities and experience “challenges” that help them go beyond their comfort zone.

Our Chief Coach, Ms Lusi Lim, was awarded Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World, for her invention of “TRIPOD” courses.

“TRIPOD” is her crystallized skills and wisdom in self leadership and people mastery. These life skills fast tracked her promotion during her younger days in leading MNCs, earned her the title of “Sales Legend” in a global investment firm, and made her a greatly respected leader who has the courage to turn impossible situations possible.

Higher Behavioural Competency makes you a very sharp reader of behaviour and increase your likeability index.

Sales Aptitude Proficiency Technology

SAPT (Sales Aptitude Proficiency Technology) is the art of convincing people of your ideas. Sales professionals can shorten their “sales cycle” (less follow ups), close bigger cases and create endless referral streams when they master SAPT.

ELT

Emperia Leadership Technology

ELT (Emperia Leadership Technology) impart self-leadership “know how” that maximizes individual potential. The “experential” learning develops higher AQ (Adversity Quotient), overcome deep personality “blind spots” and strengthens critical decision making.
