Empeiria Leadership Technology (ELT)

ELT (Empeiria Leadership Technology) impart self-leadership “know how” that maximizes individual potential. The “experential” learning develops higher AQ (Adversity Quotient) and help participants overcome deep (and recurring) personality “blind spots”, as well as strengthen critical decision making. Other practical lessons include Time Prioritization and Emotional Management. Self Leadership cannot be learnt through reading and taking notes. It can only be learnt through REAL experiences (aka challenges) where our hidden capabilities and resourcefulness are allowed to emerge.
ELT is no doubt the most important puzzle in “TRIPOD” courses. No other courses create “lasting” positive changes like ELT.
*For new students, IBCT is a pre-requisite to experience ELT course.
