Individual Behavioural Competency Technology (IBCT)

This is where you begin your journey: understanding how behaviour drives results. IBCT enables participants to identify their behavioural styles, sharpen interpersonal effectiveness, and build the foundation for high-performance in teams and client interactions. It sets the stage for deeper skill-building in sales and leadership.

Once personal behavioural foundations are established, SAPT equips participants with a full spectrum of sales-persuasion skills. This module focuses on prospecting, value articulation, negotiation, objection handling and closing. These key concepts are delivered with behavioural mastery in mind. It ensures you are not just likable, but commercially impactful.
